Nadia Faulk is our Director of Operations. Her primary responsibility is managing the firm’s daily operations. This includes building, implementing and overseeing client relations, proactive client communications, review summaries, vendor and third party admin management, project oversight, reporting and increasing company efficiencies. Nadia will play a key role in helping shape and guide the future growth and development of the company.
Nadia Faulk, a licensed health and life insurance agent, comes from 15 years of experience as General Manager & COO of Employer Relief, Inc and Director of Operations at Emerald Wealth Management / HomeTown 401(k).
Nadia earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in entrepreneurship and operations from Kennesaw State University.
